Vertical Training Program
Volleyball/Basketball

 Our vertical program is designed to give you max gains to your vertical leap. This training will help develop your explosive leg power which is critical to maximizing your vertical jump. Not only will we help increase your vertical, but also develop better lateral movement and the overall athlete. Being explosive is a key factor in any sport, and this training will develop explosive strength by exerting maximal force in minimal time. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to separate yourself from the competition! All athletes doing this program will be tested the first day and throughout the program to monitor and document results of the training.

10 WEEK PROGRAM- 2 days a week, 1 hour sessions, $30 per session ($60 per week)  

(Team and group discount is available for $20 per session when program is paid for upfront)

 

16 WEEK PROGRAM- 2 days a week, 1 hour sessions, $30 per session ($60 per week) 

(Team and group discount is available for $20 per session when program is paid for upfront)

Not able to do the entire program but would like to still train? Weekly session available: $45 for 1 on 1 or $30 for group.

****RESULTS FOR THIS PROGRAM ARE HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON CONSISTENT ATTENDANCE.
